Continuing the theme of things I can't afford to buy, this week I went to an exhibition of prints by grande dame of photography Eve Arnold, who died earlier this year at the age of 99.  In her long and distinguished career she travelled the world to photograph subjects as diverse as Malcolm X and Queen Elizabeth II but she is probably most famous for her portraits of film stars on location.  While I was in the gallery, torrential rain began to pour through the ceiling, very close to the prints (with prices starting at around £4,000).  Assuming that someone found a way to stop the leak, the exhibition will continue at Art Sensus in London until 27 April.
