I had a meeting in Exchange Square this afternoon and took a few photographs to pass the time beforehand but the weather had changed so much for the worse since I was there last week that I thought I'd post this one instead.  It's of Fernando Botero's Broadgate Venus, one of his signature monumental bronze reclining nudes that looks out over the square and the office buildings on its perimeter.  If you're ever in the Broadgate area and still haven't seen this piece, it's worth making the detour to the northwest corner of the development to appreciate Venus in her puffed-up opulence, whatever the weather.
