Last night 345 Ladbroke Grove was the hottest spot north of Havana for a Private View of vintage prints by Magnum photographer Burt Glinn, whose many notable assignments included the final days of the Cuban rebellion led by Fidel Castro.  I didn't buy anything this time, yet, but many of the prints already had red dots beside them by the time I got there.  Serena Morton's gallery has also arranged with the Burt Glinn estate to offer for sale nine contemporary prints, from the original negatives, in editions of 15, so you may not have to resort to armed struggle to get one.  The exhibition runs until 28 November.
